ERIC GAGNON
Cruise Control Gear is so excited to announce our newest ambassador and first professional pickleball player! Eric Gagnon was born in Montreal and has played several sports at the pro level. His badminton and tennis prowess in his past came very handy a couple a years ago when he picked up pickleball. In his first year competing Eric won the prestigious US Open gold medal and the world championship in singles and mixed doubles, he went on to win 16 additional medals in that inaugural year. Eric is also an entrepreneur and along with his wife owns the largest restaurant brokerage firm in the US the firm was started by this duo over 22 years ago. His drive for excellence and passion for the best results will make him a strong opponent. We are so excited to have Eric Gagnon represent Cruise Control!
SHANE MONROE
Cruise Control is honored to have Shane Monroe as part of the Cruise Control Gear team! Monroe played # 1 singles and doubles for Louisana State University, LSU. This New Jersey born tennis star was top 10 in the country for every age group. Monroe’s best win was against Andrey Rublev at an ITF tournament. He was # 1 for USTA Middle States Division in every age group. He was all Top 30 nationally in college and All South Eastern Conference second team. Monroe is an elite athlete and all around great person who loves the Cruise Control brand. You can find him modeling the newest mens collection catalog. Monroe plays professionally, teaches tennis and is a hitting partner for top juniors. He regularly hits with co-owners Candice & Kristen and they love playing together on the courts!
KATIE MICCARELLI
Katie is a national fitness coach, former collegiate dancer and a proud Cruise Control Gear ambassador! Upon moving to New Jersey years ago, she met Candice & Kristen at their local Library's storytime; and all three moms became lifelong friends along with their toddlers!
One of the biggest bonds among the girls is a passion for a happy & healthy lifestyle! Katie's mission as a fitness coach is to help women all across the country master a fitness & health routine that can be longterm and allows for balance. Her virtual groups focus on everything from at home fitness solutions to women empowerment, healthy recipes to navigating the holidays! She currently works with hundreds of clients virtually using a private app. Katie also leads a team of over seventy five other fitness coaches doing similar work! Katie is an avid runner, former collegiate dancer and has a blog featuring her plant-based recipes, most of which are toddler and husband approved too!

JESSICA CARBONE
Jessica is a fitness & nutrition expert, mommy of two great boys and proud Cruise Control Gear ambassador! Jessica has been wearing and promoting Cruise Control Gear for over 8 years and truly loves the style, comfort and reliability. A product she stands behind 100%.
With her background in Health Promotion and Fitness Management, Jessica is a strong resource for health and wellness brands looking to increase their brand awareness. She has helped brands to develop social media influencers as well as working with focus groups with product reviews. When Jessica isn't testing the newest products or creating social media campaigns, she enjoys spending time creating delicious meals with her two young boys, running by the ocean in her Cruise Control Gear and curling up with a good book.

CARLA ERSKINE
We are so excited to have Carla Erskine, esquire, Miss Florida 2019, philanthropist, and former Villanova varsity tennis teammate of co-owner Candice (Carlin) Kolins! Carla is a tremendous athlete and beautiful person on and off the court.
Carla Erskine, Esq., is an Associate attorney in the Business Law Department of McDonald Hopkins, focusing on land use and real estate transactions and business counseling. Carla left her parents and country she called home at age 9 to come to the United States to pursue her educational and athletic dreams. She went on to compete on the Junior US Tennis Association circuit and graduate from high school at 16. At 20, she graduated from Villanova University with cofounder Candice Kolins, having served as the captain of the Division 1 tennis team.
Even while working as an associate, Carla still finds time to compete in pageants and NPC bodybuilding events and recently represented Florida at the Miss United States 2019 Pageant.
